19 May 2011 -- An advance copy of the report from the UN Commission on Information and Accountability for Women’s and Children’s Health was presented today during the 64th World Health Assembly. The co-vice chairs, WHO and International Telecommunication Union, explained the report contains recommendations to increase the likelihood that pledges for women's and children's health are honoured and that resources are spent in the most effective way to save lives.
